	The Etxepare Institute sets off The Institute will be a public entity regulated by private law, with its own legal personality and capacity to promote, expand and project, out of the borders of the Basque Autonomous Community, the Basque language and the Basque culture produced in any of the two official languages, and any kind of manifestation, media or expression. Donostia-San Sebastián is where the Institute will have its headquarters. It will be run by a Board, a Council of Directors and a Director. Law 3/2007, of April 20, to create and regulate the Etxepare Institute Decree 88/2008, of May 13, to approve Regulations for organization and operation of the Etxepare Institute
	Stays with Basque-speaking families Through this program launched by HABE, all those Basque language students, or those who want to improve their language skills or learn one of the dialects, have the opportunity to stay with a Basque-speaking family during one or two months (in July, August or September), and also have first hand experience about the way of life and customs of the Basque-speaking villages.
